    真实建筑——一个学生作业

    如今老师在给学生评图时,通常很多观点不宜明确表示,觉得那是多元化的要求。也许这样并没有什么大错,多元化的确是当下时代的现象,或者可以认为是自然界和人类社会多样性的必然。但是我觉得,老师还是应该明确的表达自己的观点。我们可以有宽容的心态,但是观点应该是清晰的,不含糊的。每次看到大量的效果图资料,看到大量设计构想,很容易让人产生审美疲劳。同时,由于数字化技术的强悍、便捷,不多工夫就能制造出一个虚拟建筑。久而久之,以为建筑就是一个不切实际的美丽外表。除了漂亮外表外,功能一塌糊涂、平面一塌糊涂、技术一塌糊涂、材料运用一塌糊涂,很多很多糊里糊涂。而且还有充分的理由,说是以后可以装修云云。这种观点是错误的,这里我可以清晰地表达我的看法。那么什么是一个好的设计呢?那就是除了有个有理由的美丽外表外,还必须有产生所设计的空间的行为分析依据,扎实的平面和空间组织,“人的存在和行为”的平面和“人的存在和行为”的空间设计和运用。建筑技术和材料的恰当运用。同时能在建筑中反映所有的这些设计和运用的审美价值和判断。当然还需要满足拥有建筑的灵魂——设计概念。我把它简单称之为“真实建筑”。下面的设计案例在这方面作了有益的尝试。

    建筑系的学生不容易,当他们毕业后踏入社会,进入设计院如果能独当一面地在理论和实践中证明自己的方案能经得起各方专家推敲的话,那就是成功的啦!
